Early Morning Baker
Are you an early riser? If so, this is the position for you!
Early Morning Baker will be responsible for but not limited to: Baking bread, bagels, Viennoiserie and various pastries, dishes, packing orders, stocking baked goods and brewing coffee before opening.
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 4AM-8AM (or 3AM-7AM if you are an extra early riser!)
Part-Time
Front End
Like chatting with customers, want to work in a bakery environment but not with the dough? This may be the spot for you!
Front end position will be responsible for but not limited to: Making coffee, serving customers, taking orders, keeping the front end clean, doing dishes, cleaning the restroom, and restocking front end.
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 7AM-4PM, Saturday 8-12

Assistant
Are you ready to get your hands in some dough? The assistant will be responsible for helping Head Baker Christa in all of her tasks!
Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Mixing and shaping bread and bagel dough, making cookie dough, lamination, prepping ingredients, dishes and cleaning the bakery.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Experience with sourdough and lamination not necessary but a plus!
Hours: Monday-Friday 11AM-3PM
